Morzine activities

You don't need to travel further than Morzine itself, to find yourself in a summer playground, with plentiful activities for all the family. In and around town, there is access to:

    Olympic open air swimming pool complete with
         kids' paddling pool, sun bathing terraces, beach volley ball
    9 tennis courts
    Skate board and BMX park
    Summer toboggan run (sledge on wheels)
    Horse riding - lessons and hacks

Events

Morzine has a very active Tourist Office and there are always plenty of events planned for the summer months.
To date the biggest and best are:

Dates:
24 - 26th June	Pass'Ports du Soleil MTB. A stunning 80km cross border mountain biking race.
14 - 17th July	Morzine Harley Days plus STATUS QUO! View hundreds of Harley Davisons in town and experience the chance to try them out, and watch the legendary Status Quo in concert on 16th July.
7th August	Festival of Traditional Trades and Crafts. For an entire day, Morzine goes back to the past, with local costumes and crafts and skills being demonstrated.
15 - 19th August	Enjoy the Tastes of Morzine. Discover the cuisine and gastronomy of Morzine.
1 - 3rd September	Mont-Blanc Rally Morzine Stage. True racing as Morzine hosts a stage in the French Rally Championships.
