With Chillout Mountain, the choice is yours to either be totally independent, or you can opt in to some of our time and labour-saving services. We will take the hassle and work out of being self-catered to enable you to unreservedly enjoy the thrills, spills and chills of the mountain.

Welcome Pack - we can pop a starter pack of goodies in the fridge for your arrival so you don't have to dash to the shops immediately or we can prepare an oven ready supper. We can also do a bigger shop for you and stock the cupboards in preparation for the first few days of the holiday.

Cooking for all 7 nights of your stay may not be appealing, especially when you have been on the slopes all day so why not have a chef treat you to a home-cooked meal for a night or even two? We can arrange for a chef to cook a 3 or 4 course meal in situ or alternatively have a ready-made meal just waiting for you to slam in the oven.
Ski Equipment Hire
Our relationship with a local ski equipment hire company allows us to pass on a 10% discount off their price list. Book online to pre-order and have equipment delivered to the chalet.

Ski Pass
Collection and delivery service provided free of charge. Either send us your requirements and we can collect the passes or book them online and we will deliver them on your arrival. Saves time and avoids queuing when all you want to do is get up the mountain on your first day!
Snow Buddy
Ski hosting is usually a given in catered chalets so why not offer it to guests in self-catering chalets. The ski area in the Portes du Soleil is vast and local knowledge of slopes is invaluable so if you are new to the area and want some orientation or just want company on the slopes why not take up the snow buddy option.
In Resort Transfers
Time sometimes runs away with you on the mountains, and if waiting for the free ski navette or jumping in your car, is not on your agenda, then we can arrange for an in-resort transfer service to and from the slopes . Prices range from 15 - 20 euros per trip (up to 8 passengers) depending on the ski lift departure point.
